The e-mail is supposedly from James C. Signor, but the swindler introduces himself as James Tinn. Perhaps he has an identity crisis.
Who sends someone an e-mail and includes his e-mail address in the subject? Only an idiotic 419 scammer does.

James will give Guarantee loan to any body. This guy sounds like Tarzan transformed into a sales rep. He does not care about your looks he will give a loan to any body.
Very legitimate? So you mean your loan is very legitimate, not absolutely legitimate? James must be the crème de la crème of 419 scammers, he can do maths!
This e-mail is a joke from the word go, do you seriously want to borrow money from a clown like this? His only intention is to harvest as much personal information as possible and use it to steal your identity. And if that is not enough, he will also try to make some money out of the deal, by using the excuse that you need to pay a certain amount for "processing fees" before the loan is released. There is no loan in the first place and you will never see your money again if you pay the prescribed processing fee.
