Since you already know that the recipient shares the same last name as Mr Huges, why can't you tell us what that last name is? The answer is simple, the scammer does not know, but need you to reply so that he can fill in the blanks.
Is that what you call it these days, a project?
This poor fellow placed his signature at the top of the e-mail instead of at the bottom. We reckon all the documents he will prepare for this 'project' will have a place reserved for a signature at the top of each page.
