This 419 scammer composed his scam in an HTML file and attached it to the e-mail. Only a dumb 419 scammer will go through all that trouble. Perhaps he got the idea from all the porn spam he has been receiving lately.

You say you have verified it, but you still have no idea whether it is a contract or inheritance payment? These scammers send out so many scam e-mails everyday no wonder they get confused sometimes.
