An e-mail from checkout@ebay.com... no wait... a personal e-mail from the Senior Counsel, Global Privacy Practices, informing you that your account has been suspended for non-payment... no wait... because your account was involved in activities that violate their policy governing seller non-performance... but wait... an email regarding this was sent to your email address on file with eBay, so you can probably ignore this one. Looks like the work of a scammer in denial.
