It is interesting to see how much trouble the scammer went through to tell the recipient how to spot fake e-bay e-mails and not to do any transactions outside of eBay. This is a clever trick to add credibility to the e-mail attempting to remove any suspicion the reader may have. It is hard to believe that people can fall for this e-mail after reading it carefully.
