It may look as if you are chatting to a real person, but it is in actual fact a bot. The bot will try to mimic human behaviour but you will quickly discover that she does not answer any direct questions, she might respond to certain words in your sentences but her reply never relates to your question (and no she is not a Russian bride who can't speak English)
The bot will send you a link through Yahoo! Messenger. These links will be disguised with URL shorteners like bit.ly or tinyurl.com.
When you follow these links you end up on a MySafeStreams.com sign-up page, which is the intended page of this spam e-mail. So the spammers manage to get the victim to the spamvertised page without including the actual link in the e-mail, thus bypassing the spam filters.
This version also contains a telephone number, which, according to the spam e-mail, can only accept text messages. We assume the victim will receive a reply from this number containing a MySafeStreams.com sign-up link.
This is certainly not a site we recommend, you might end up contracting a virus (pun intended).
