Print a label and show it at your post office.
First of all, the link does not point to DHL.com, but a malicious ZIP file on some random server. You should be able to spot this by hovering with your mouse over the link in the e-mail.
Secondly, if the package is in London, how on earth is a printed label going to resolve this issue if you live in the United States for example. The guys at the post office is going to laugh at you. Use your common sense, printing a label is not going to resolve an issue with your postal code.
Another load of hogwash. This is only added to make the victim panic and act without thinking this through.
