lot of Contractors/inheritance beneficiaries did not receive their payment
due To their inability to settle some outstanding up-front obligation to the
Federal Government. Based on this, the President, UMAR MUSA YAR ADUA has
approved the sum of US$1.8 Billion Dollars in this year's budget for the
settlement of These outstanding debts.You are advised to contact MR WILLIAMS
FREDRICK (Director, Computer/ Telex Dept) CENTRAL BANK, for the immediate
release of your Overdue Contract/inheritance payment.
How ever, we wish to inform you that you have been short-listed among The
TEN contractors/beneficiaries that will benefit from the US$1.8 Billion
Dollars Approved by the president, all you need to do is to contact the
director Computer/telex dept to inform you how you will receive your fund
Immediately. Do whatever you are told to do to enable you receive your

Advance Fee Fraud scammers are changing their tune these days. They know that more people are aware of these scams and how they work, so they pretend to be the good guys. Most victims bail out of the scam once the scammer demands an upfront ("up-front") payment, so many scammers started to pretend that this is something of the past. Some even state in their e-mails that "there are no upfront payments". They are only delaying the request for payment to keep the victim hooked on the scam, but remember the scammer is doing this for one reason only, they want to make something out of the deal, even if there is no money involved, your personal information is just as valuable to them (because they can sell it to identity thieves).
We never heard of a "secretary federal government", perhaps this is something only found in Nigeria?
