Apart from the horrible English, how do you send an ATM card through Western Union? This introductory paragraph already contains several signs of a 419 scam:
can not be able to withdraw the atm card due to the atm master card
contain large money on it.
What a load of hogwash! Will the ATM card be too heavy to carry in your pocket? Does this scammer actually believe that $1.5 Million is cramped into that little piece of plastic?

Wemaco? We thought you said Western Union. We live in the 21st century in a world of corporate websites and cororate e-mail addresses. A well-known company like Western Union will never use a free e-mail service like Yahoo! and an address like western_union10171@yahoo.co.uk is not even easy to remember.

In the first paragraph of this e-mail they said they already arranged a payment through Western Union. Now how do you arrange a payment to the amount of 1.5 Million dollars without the personal details of the beneficiary? Even worse, how do you issue an ATM Master Card without proper identification of the prospective card holder? Banks are very strict these days and will not open any type of account without proper identification and other supporting documentation from the applicant.
