An offer about studying medical billing and coding from Casino Rewards? It just doesn't make any sense, now does it? (By the way, can you think of any spam e-mail that ever made sense to you?)
The link takes you to an Adknowledge.com ad farm (Just to clarify here, Adknowledge.com is not the guilty party here, but rather one of the victims, because the spammer has a Adknowledge.com account and is abusing their system to make a quick buck). An ad farm is a useless website with little to no content, or useless gibberish for content, with the sole purpose of hosting Pay Per Click ads. These sites never provide any useful information and is anyway not attracting the right visitors for the advertisers.
The sole purpose of this e-mail is to get people to the spammer's website so that they can click on his/her ads. For every click, the spammer gets commission.
Perhaps this spammer ran out of Viagra, Rolex watches and pirated software and the prospect of click fraud looked more promising.
