This is obviously a scam. The From address is a spoofed michaellondonassociates.com e-mail address and not adp.com and the links do not point to netsecure.adp.com but to a totally different web page containing malware.
But apart from these obvious signs of a scam, we find the content of the e-mail even more ridiculous. A digital certificate is normally owned by the website hosting the services (in this case ADP), so there is no need for the customer to renew the certificate, it is the job of the website owners to renew these certificates. So the scammers are also feeding the victim a bunch of baloney.
