Just by looking at the From address, you can already tell that the e-mail is fake.
Uh... we are already viewing this message, why should we click on a link to view something we are already viewing. The spammers are actually trying to tell you that you can view the FAX by clicking on the link (which is a lie of course).
Internet Fax services work on the basis of sending and receiving faxes via e-mail, on other words the fax is normally attached as a PDF file, so there is no need to log onto a website to view your fax.
