If you visit Sinosteel's website you will find a page with a list of Overseas Organisations. It is clear from this page that, although their main office is situated in China, Beijing, they are not doing business from Beijing alone, they already have subsidiaries in several parts of the world parts like Africa, Europe and Asia. So if they have subsidiaries in these parts of the world, why would they need a "representative" to collect payments from their clients?

None of this matches the information found on the real Sinosteel website. Why would the managing director of Sinosteel use a GMail account to send an official e-mail? The truth is he won't, because they have their own corporate domain, so any e-mail from Sinosteel will be from the domain sinosteel.com (and require replies to be sent to a valid e-mail account also residing on sinosteel.com).
Since when does a company ignore your "Specialization or Occupation" when they recruit new employees? An organisation who cares about their reputation will never be as sloppy as this.
Which professional organisation will make two typos in one sentence? Only stupid 419 scammers do. We can already tell you how they are going to pay you, they will send you fake cheques, so you won't have the opportunity to choose your method of payment, they can only allow you to choose the methods that allows them to swindle you.
How stupid can you get, naming the scam by the name. The 10% Company Representative scam is one of the oldest tricks in the book. They send you fake cheques, expect you to deposit them, wire 90% of the money to them and keep 10% for yourself. The cheques bounce, they have your money and you have to pay the bank the 90% (plus transaction fees) that you transferred to a bunch of crooks living in some foreign country.
